Safe Harbor is a non-profit organization. We are committed to providing counsel, assistance and personal support to women and their families who are facing untimely or crisis pregnancies. Because we are a non-profit organization, we make no money from the services we provide. Regardless of which services our clients receive, we have nothing to gain.

Our services are offered at no charge to our clients. Shown below are the specific services we offer:

• Free pregnancy tests
• Limited OB ultrasounds*
• Private, compassionate counseling by trained volunteer counselors
• Complete factual information about fetal development, abortion procedures and health risks
• Referrals to existing public and private assistance programs, including housing assistance
• Medical care referrals
• Adoption information and referrals to attorneys or licensed agencies
• Prenatal and parenting information
• Abstinence education and counseling
• Post abortion recovery

* 20% of early pregnancies are not viable intrauterine pregnancies. Ultrasound can determine viability and placement of the fetus in the uterus. Ectopic pregnancies (those developing somewhere other than the uterus such as in the fallopian tube) can be life threatening to the woman. Our trained sonographers offer free limited ultrasounds for clients on a case by case basis.
